• Getting an error that says "Catastrophic error. Please stand by" while trying to publish a blog entry?
  
• Your Theme is not loading up properly?
  
• Video or Music not playing in your MSN Space Media Player?
  
• Can't sign in?
  
• Can't upload Pictures?
  
• Can't get your contacts MSN Spaces that you have already visited in the past to load?
  
• Page loads but their are some modules missing?
  

Try doing these Procedures for any error or problem. Their is a good chance that your problems might go away

Procedure 1:

1. Go to Internet Options from either the control panel or select 'Internet Options...' from the 'Tools' tab in IE window (top right corner)
   
   
   
   
   
2. Click on the 'Clear History' button. Click 'Yes' when prompted
3. Click on the 'Delete cookies...' button. Click 'OK' when prompted
4. Click on the 'Delete Files... ' button. Check/Tick the box to delete all offline content box and click 'OK'
5. Press 'OK' to exit the Internet Options

Procedure 2:

1. Click "Start" (bottom left corner)
   
   
   
   
   
2. Click "Run" (from within your Start menu)
   
   
   
   
   
3. Run window will open
4. Type %temp% and press the "enter" key or Click "OK"
   
   
   
   
   
5. This will open your "Temp" folder
6. Delete everything in this folder their is nothing in the folder that you need it will only be slowing your computer down, mainly when connected to the internet
7. Quickest way to delete everything is to first Click on a blank spot anywhere within the Temp folder window that you have just opened
8. Press CTRL+A (selects all files)
9. Press Shift+Delete (deletes all selected files straight off your computer)
10. Click "Yes" when prompted "Are you sure you want to delete there items?"

11. Once you have removed all the Temp files in your Temp folder close the Temp Folder
12. Done!

1. Make sure you have added the Windows Media Player module to your MSN Space
2. Copy http://www.filelodge.com/files/hdd3/47181/oskarsflashclock.wmv and Paste it into the URL field in the Windows Media Player module in your MSN Space (when in Edite Mode of your MSN Space)
   
   
   
   
   
3. Click "Save" on your MSN Media Player to confirm the changes
4. Click "Preview your space"
5. Done! 

MY MSN SPACE IS SET TO PUBLIC THOUGH VISITORS TO MY MSN SPACE CAN'T SEE MY PROFILE INFO OR MY PROFILE PICTURE?

solution: Delete your Profile. Then remove your profile module from your space and re-add it. This will reset all permissions and then maybe you can have a working profile again.

I CAN'T UPLOAD MY PICTURES?

solution: Disable your firewall or change your firewall settings. Add msn spaces to your trusted sites list in the internet options. Problems occur mainly with people using norton anti-virus popup blocker.

If this doesn't work try:

1. Go to your internet options
2. Delete all Temporary internet files and cookies
3. Go to C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files (google if you don't know how too)
4. Search for MSN Photo Upload tool
5. Delete it
6. Disable your pop-up blocker
7. Sign into your msn space
8. Try Adding a photo
9. You will be prompted to install the Photo upload tool. Install it!
10. Upload your photos

1. First Register for a new account with http://www.stickam.com activate your new account from the email that stickam.com send to you
2. Sign into your account...
3. You will be asked to create your profile and then you will be taken to a page called ' My page'
4. Look around for a while, it is an easy to understand and navigate interface.
5. You will notice link to upload media content like audio, video and pictures. Add the file that you to be played on your space.
   
   
   

Now you have to get the Stickam player into your space so that visitors can see those media files that you add to your Stickam profile as well as taking advantage of real-time chat and web-cam.

1. First, You need to choose and customize the type of player you want.
2. Click on the Customize button on the 'My page' page.
3. You can change the type of Stickam Player you want as well as the Background behind your Stickam Player (you can even upload your own image as a background to your Stickam Player)
   
   
   
   
    
4. After choosing the type of player you want and the background type and you are happy with the media uploaded and having saved the changes made.

We now need to get the Stickamplayer's code and create a new code compadible with Windows Media Player so as you can obtain a URL for your new updated code to be put into your MSN Space Windows Media Player.

1. Click on 'customize' again.
2. There will be a list of players you can add/make.
   
   
   
    
3. At the bottom add a name for your new player and the URL for your MSN Space, you need to create a new player to obtain a linking code to you stickam player.
4. You will need to find your code or a link saying "Get Stickam code for this player", Click the link to view your code.
5. You will be taken to a page where the code for the Stickam Player is shown 
6. Copy the code in between the "    " as show in the picture below and it into a new Paste Notepad Document.
   
   
   
   
   
7. Click "File" (top left corner) and then Click "Sve As" 
8. Name your file for example "OskarsLiveCam.wmv", dont forget to add .wmv at the end to change the file into windows media format (save the file to the desktop so it is easy to locate later)
9. You then need to upload the file onto a free web-hosting site like file lodge.

10. Use the Direct Link/Shortcut to the file you have just uploaded from your "Desktop" to Copy and Paste into your MSN Space Windows Media Player (while in your space in edit mode)
11. Press Save (on your Windows Media Player to keep confirm your file change)
12. Click "Preview your Space"

13. You can upload picture, music or videos onto your Stickam profile, and also have live Web-Cam by Clicking "Go Live" when logged into your Stickam account.
14. Done!

1. Click "Add File" button(12) or click "Add Floder " of Menu file to add file.
2. Click "To WMV" button(16). You have finished all your work, a moment later, you will get the file you want.
