MSN allows you to add up to 11 Custom Lists normally though you may want or require more for your MSN Space, this tool will allow you to add as many "Custom Lists" that you would like to have in your MSN Space.

Click Here To Get The Tool

For Add-More-Lists

First Click the link above this will open a new window follow the instructions carefully to obtain the tool to "Add-More-Lists"
Make sure you are in your MSN Space in "Edit Mode"
Open your Favourite list (from within the same window as your MSN Space)
Click on "Add-More-Lists" (that you would have just added to your favourites list)
This will open a small window in front of your MSN Space, you then just have to name your new list and Click "OK"
Done!
