This Tool allows when used to Publish Blog entries with giving your blog entry a title.

Click Here To Get The Tool

For No-Title

First Click the link above this will open a new window follow the instructions carefully to obtain the tool to "No-Title"
Make sure you are in your MSN Space in "Edit Mode"
Open your Favourite list (from within the same window as your MSN Space)
Click on "No-Title" (that you would have just added to your favourites list)
This will open a new Blog Entry, you will notice that you are able to click "Publish Entry" without giving your blog a title
Publish your entry
Done!
